Resources

If you or someone you love is struggling, support is available. These organizations are ready to help Colorado families navigate mental health challenges, whether you need someone to talk to right now or are searching for ongoing care options.

988 Colorado Mental Health Line

As a result of Colorado legislation SB 25-236, the 988 Colorado Mental Health Line and Colorado Crisis Services have combined to streamline support across the state. 988 Colorado is now the primary, 24/7 access point for anyone experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress or substance use concerns.

When life feels overwhelming, compassionate counselors are just a call or text away, offering free and confidential support whenever you need it. Dial or text 988 to connect to immediate care, resources and, if needed, walk-in crisis centers throughout Colorado.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, working to build better lives for millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI provides education, advocacy and community-based support to individuals and families in communities across the country. Through awareness efforts and free programs, NAMI helps ensure no one has to navigate mental health challenges alone.

Safe2Tell Colorado

Safe2Tell Colorado provides a safe, anonymous way to report concerns about safety, mental health or potential risks in schools and communities. Reports can be made 24/7 through the app, by phone or via text. Your voice matters, and it can save lives.
